Here’s a question we’d like to answer on the #careerAMA series today:
Someone I have been talking to has moved into a new role and she’s really excited about the role. The team is spread over the globe, so they aren’t able to see each other or communicate regularly. Things started off really well and she was happy until one day, she was informed that there were some “collaboration issues”.
She wasn’t sure what was going on. The relationship suddenly felt more formal, and she’s been asked to do things she hadn’t done before. She’s having all sorts of doubts “Is it really changing? Or am I imagining things have changed?”
So, what can someone do when they feel something has changed (not for the better), and they don’t know why?
