A real situation - someone has “got the job!” but still hasn’t heard from the hiring manager after nearly one week. How strange is it really that the new boss hasn't even talked to you or reached out since you’ve got the job? The communication is certainly not meeting expectations. Is this a real problem and, if so, how do I deal with it?
